  • Group Energy Healing and Moon Circles are perfect for a group of friends, close colleagues, or a community looking for a truly special experience that is healing and restorative. If connection and relaxation are top priority, then this is the ticket.

  • Guided meditations and mindfulness workshops help any group of individuals looking to reduce stress, fight burnout, or start a simple practice of their own. These have been very popular with our corporate clients & their employees!

  • Are you looking to learn something? Fantastic! We offer workshops on Tarot (All levels from beginners to advanced), working with Moon Phases, Meditation for Beginners, and Energy Healing 101. We can create a custom workshop or modify and existing one for your event.

  • Have an idea? Let's hear it! We can flesh it out together. We LOVE trying out new things and are always open to partnerships and collaborations.

Sydney Ward, Lake Anama’s founder, has been an educator/trainer for over a decade and has programmed/hosted events all over the country. She's worked with everyone from international corporations to rural non-profits to local shops to frazzled maids-of-honor and everything in between. There is no function or situation that Sydney cannot adapt to and very little that can phase her. Moreover, she'll be more than a vendor at your next event. Get help programming your wellness week with coaches and teachers from all areas of wellness. Schedule on-going yoga classes or energy healing services at your office.

Private Parties

Let's make it an event to remember, an event that reflects your interests and values, an event you'll truly enjoy & even cherish.

Have a riotous good time sprinkled with soul medicine with tarot readings. If mind-body connection and wellness is what you crave, yoga or meditation is perfect. Have a deeply restorative and immersive guided experience (and perhaps a dash of moon magick) with a group energy healing. Blend any of these group experiences with a workshop to give you and your guests some practices and tools to take with you!

Community

This option is for you if you are another small-business owner, community leader, group coach, or space/program organizer. We are deeply passionate about community and would love to collaborate with you on bringing intuitive wellness and any of our modalities to yours.

Lake Anama also helps plan and program retreats and destination events, has special considerations for certain non-profits and special interest groups, and provides on-site services for festivals and conferences.
