Reiki for Self
A three-part mentorship circle that will guide you into a practice of powerful healing and energetic self-care through education, integration, and mentorship.
We will gather together three times to learn, share, and heal together. At the end of the program, you’ll have an understanding of the history of Reiki, applications for self-energy healing, and a broad foundation to build a personal practice upon. And importantly, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to explore and ask questions along the way!

**We may shift start times up to half an hour to best accommodate schedules and commutes.
SPRING 2022 COVEN
Exact dates and times TBD. We’ll start in March. Please reach out with any requests, preferences, or conflicts.
1:1 Mentorship
This is for folks who have irregular schedules or for accessibility reasons need 1:1 space and attention.
We’ll work together to set the schedule and follow the same general curriculum as the mentorship circles.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
An important note on privilege:
I’m taking care to ensure this experience is accessible, that this space is actively anti-racist, and that it welcomes and encourages curiosity and a questioning spirit. The work of de-spa-ifying and de-colonizing wellness and energy healing is deeply important to my practice as a healer, an educator, and a human who is healing. In that spirit, it is possible, even likely, that I will challenge the language you use and attitudes you hold around this work. I try to be aware of the biases and conditioning that I bring to this space, and I encourage you not only to be aware of the same within yourself but to feel empowered to ask hard and uncomfortable questions of me and my methodology should they arise. I’m not the “guru” - a term I patently reject - and we are all coming to this space with knowledge, experiences, and wisdom worth honoring.
Requirements for the program:
The sole requirement is that you’ve received some form of energy healing before.
